Christy Porter, MBA
CEO, Business Consultant, & Master Professional Life Coach
Christy Porter serves as Chief Executive Officer of Prana Strategy Group, where she leads consulting initiatives that strengthen strategy, systems, and sustainable growth for small businesses and organizations.

Before leading Prana Strategy Group, Christy spent seventeen years overseeing large-scale financial audits involving multi-billion-dollar assets. Her experience in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments honed her expertise in operational precision, performance management, data analytics, and strategic execution.

Throughout her career, Christy has recognized that achievement without alignment leads to inefficiency and burnout. Guided by this understanding, she now helps business owners and leaders create structure, optimize systems, and build strategies that support long-term success. Her work reflects a balance of analytical discipline and practical empathy, shaped by both her professional experience and her life as a parent of three daughters.

In addition to her executive leadership at Prana, Christy created Life Launch Project, an educational initiative that provides mentoring and personal development programs for teens and young adults. The project extends her commitment to equipping the next generation with the tools, mindset, and strategic thinking required for future success.

Christy brings an uncommon combination of corporate insight, entrepreneurial experience, and human understanding to every engagement, helping clients turn complexity into clarity and potential into measurable growth.
