REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of consulting and analysis-based services, no refunds are provided once a service is booked or a billing cycle begins.
2. Business Stage Identification Audit
The audit is non-refundable. Analysis begins immediately after the questionnaire is submitted.
3. Consulting Programs (4-Week Pathways)
Payment is required at booking. No refunds are offered for unused sessions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice count as completed sessions.
4. Monthly Advisory Plans
A three-month minimum commitment is required. After the initial term, clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date. All charges already processed are non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any session. Late cancellations or missed sessions are considered completed sessions.
6. Termination of Services
Prana Strategy Group may terminate services if a client violates policies, behaves inappropriately, or fails to communicate or attend sessions as scheduled. No refunds will be issued.
