The Build Monthly Advisory provides ongoing strategic support for business owners who are in the early stages of establishing or relaunching their business. This service is designed for clients who have already completed the Business Stage Identification Audit or the Build 4-Week Consulting Program and want continued guidance as they put foundational elements into place. This advisory offers consistent, structured support to help you make informed decisions, strengthen your early business systems, clarify your direction, and stay aligned with the foundational strategy developed during your Audit or program. The Build stage includes many moving parts, and ongoing advisory ensures you never have to navigate those decisions alone. Each month, you receive two 60-minute consulting sessions focused on your goals, challenges, and next steps. These sessions support your brand direction, operational foundation, system choices, early marketing clarity, and the decisions required for a confident launch or relaunch. Between sessions, you also have access to email support for clarifying questions. This service is ideal for new or relaunching businesses that want experienced guidance as they continue building structure, improving clarity, and moving toward consistent growth. It is not an implementation service. All guidance is advisory, and business decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the owner.
