This service is designed for clients who have already completed the Business Stage Identification Audit or the Grow 4-Week Consulting Program and want continued guidance as they optimize their systems and workflows. Each month includes two 60-minute advisory sessions focused on the operational efficiency, marketing refinement, and decision-making support that define the Grow stage. These sessions help you identify bottlenecks, refine messaging and campaigns, align your systems, and use your performance data to guide your priorities. You also receive email access for clarifications between sessions. This advisory is ideal for businesses with steady revenue but inconsistent processes, unclear marketing results, or disconnected systems. It supports you in making better decisions, improving day-to-day operations, and preparing for long-term stability and future scaling. This is a strategic consulting service. All implementation remains the responsibility of the business owner. Cancellation Policy
All consulting sessions and audit calls must be scheduled within the timeframe outlined in your package. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a completed session. All sales are final. Payment is required at the time of booking. Payment plans may be available for select packages.
