Each session is structured to help you evaluate your business model, refine capacity planning, strengthen organizational structure, and use data to guide confident, long-term decisions. Cancellation Policy

All consulting sessions and audit calls must be scheduled within the timeframe outlined in your package. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a completed session. All sales are final. Payment is required at the time of booking. Payment plans may be available for select packages.
