All services provided at this time are advisory, educational, or coaching-based in nature and do not include implementation or done-for-you work unless explicitly stated in writing.

Clients must be 18 years or older.

Individuals under the age of 18 may participate in services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must complete all required consent forms and may be required to participate in or approve services, depending on the nature of the offering.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of consulting, coaching, and advisory services, refunds are not provided once a service is booked or a billing cycle begins.

 

2. Coaching, Consulting, and Counseling Programs

Payment is required at booking. No refunds are offered for unused sessions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice count as completed sessions.

 

3. Recurring Plans or Memberships

Minimum commitment terms, if applicable, will be disclosed at purchase. Cancellations must be submitted in writing according to the stated notice period. Charges already processed are non refundable.

 

4. Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any session. Late cancellations or missed sessions are considered completed sessions.

 

5. Termination of Services

Prana Strategy Group reserves the right to terminate services for policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or failure to attend or communicate. No refunds will be issued.
