We combine Reiki with crystal and stone placement along with gentle sound vibrations to support relaxation and balance.
At the beginning of the session, you'll be guided through a short relaxation to help your mind and body settle, followed by a brief scan to identify areas that may feel tense, heavy, or out of balance. From there, light hand placements are used (or hands-free if requested) along the body’s energy centers to support release and reset.
Crystals and stones are used throughout the session to support and enhance the process, while gentle sound frequencies help deepen relaxation and create a steady, calming environment.
This is a gentle, non-invasive service intended to support relaxation and overall well-being.
