Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, often called QHHT, is a method of deep hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon through decades of work with past life regression and subconscious exploration. What to expect during a QHHT Session
1. Extended Pre-Talk & Intention Setting
A QHHT session begins with a longer, in depth pre talk. This time is essential and may last one to two hours. We’ll explore your life history, experiences, patterns, and the questions or themes you feel drawn to understand more deeply. Together, we set clear intentions and create a supportive container for the session so you feel comfortable, informed, and grounded before moving into hypnosis.
2. Deep Hypnosis & Subconscious Exploration
You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxed and focused state using gentle hypnosis techniques. This state allows the conscious mind to quiet so deeper subconscious awareness can emerge.
From here, the experience may include past life exploration, symbolic imagery, emotional themes, or other forms of subconscious insight. Unlike shorter hypnosis sessions, QHHT allows extended time in this state, giving space for the experience to unfold naturally without rushing or forcing outcomes.
You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the entire process, communicating what you notice as it arises.
3. Integration, Reflection & Understanding
After the hypnosis portion, we take time to discuss what was experienced. This reflection phase helps bring meaning to the session and connect insights to your current life, patterns, or questions. The goal is understanding and integration, not interpretation or assumption.
4. After Your Session
Once you return home, it’s important to allow time for rest and integration. Many people find journaling, quiet reflection, gentle movement, or time in nature helpful in the days following a QHHT session. Insights, connections, or emotional shifts may continue to surface as the subconscious processes the experience.
You will receive a recording of your QHHT session to revisit at your own pace. Listening again often reveals additional layers of awareness and supports deeper integration over time.
