Service Description

This 4-hour session is a deeply immersive experience that allows you to explore your subconscious mind and access memories, themes, or lessons from past lives. We begin with a relaxed pre-talk to understand your goals, intentions, and any patterns or experiences you’d like clarity on. You’ll then listen to calming music designed to ease the mind and body into a deeply relaxed state. Using guided imagery and gentle hypnosis, I’ll help you access your subconscious awareness and journey back through time to explore the stories, emotions, and experiences your soul has carried. Many clients gain powerful insights into current life patterns, relationships, fears, or purpose. You’ll remain safe and aware the entire time, observing and understanding rather than reliving. The session concludes with a discussion to help integrate the insights gained, bringing peace, understanding, and deeper self-awareness.
