Cancellation Policy
PSG Booking Policy: Sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe specified in the package. 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations/no-shows count as completed sessions. All sales are final. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged.
