This free call is a space to ask questions and get clear on what kind of support makes the most sense for you. Whether you’re exploring consulting for your business, coaching for personal growth, or counseling services, this conversation is designed to help you sort through your options without pressure or obligation. We’ll briefly talk about what’s going on, what you’re hoping to improve or build, and where you feel stuck or uncertain. If you’re a business owner, we can discuss strategy, structure, leadership, growth, or operational clarity. If you’re navigating a personal transition, burnout, identity shift, or decision point, we can talk through what support would look like. If you’re considering counseling, we’ll review what that process involves and whether it’s the right fit. This is not a full coaching or therapy session. It’s a focused, practical conversation to determine alignment and next steps. You’ll leave knowing: • What service fits your situation best • What working together would look like • Clear next steps if you decide to move forward If we’re not the right fit, I’ll tell you. Cancellation Policy
Free Consultation Policy This is a one time, 30 minute consultation designed to explore fit and answer questions about consulting, coaching, or counseling services. This call is not a full coaching or therapy session. No in depth strategy, treatment planning, or problem solving will occur during this time. If you are seeking immediate support or crisis services, please contact appropriate emergency resources. Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the opportunity to book another complimentary consultation. Punctuality Calls will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time. One Call Per Person Complimentary consultations are limited to one per individual or business. Additional exploratory calls may require a paid session. Fit and Next Steps This call is intended to determine alignment. If it feels like a good fit, we will discuss next steps and available options. If not, referrals may be provided when appropriate. No Pressure Commitment There is no obligation to move forward after this call. The goal is clarity, not commitment.
