Session Policy At Prana Strategy Group, sessions are designed to be intentional, focused, and respectful of both your time and mine. The following policies help ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through the website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. This allows time to offer the appointment to someone else. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures that all clients’ appointments remain on schedule. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Refund Policy All sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule within the allowed timeframe. Scope of Services Services offered are intended to support personal development, relaxation, and overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or licensed therapy.
