Cancellation Policy
All consulting sessions and audit/review calls must be scheduled within the timeframe outlined in your package. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a completed session. All sales are final. Payment is required at the time of booking the service/package, if required.
